Refund Policy

1. LootPanel Subscription Refunds
LootPanel offers a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial period, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
After the trial period, the $10.00/month subscription is billed via PayPal. Refund requests for subscription payments may be considered within 48 hours of the charge if you have not actively used the service during that billing period.
The one-time $2.99 setup fee is non-refundable.
2. Store Owner Transactions
LootPanel does not process payments between Store Owners and their customers. All customer payments go directly to the Store Owner's PayPal account. Therefore:
- LootPanel is not responsible for refunds on purchases made through individual stores
- Store Owners are responsible for their own refund policies
- Chargebacks and disputes are handled between the Store Owner and their payment provider
- LootPanel provides chargeback tracking and management tools to assist Store Owners
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for your LootPanel subscription:
- Contact us via our Discord community
- Provide your account email and the transaction details
- State the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. We encourage all users to reach out to our support team before initiating any disputes with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
