Terms of Service - LootPanel

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LootPanel ("the Service"), operated by TheMeanOneDevelopments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

LootPanel is a game server monetization platform that enables game server owners ("Store Owners") to create online stores, sell digital packages, and automatically deliver them to players via RCON or Telnet. LootPanel does not process payments between Store Owners and their customers directly -- Store Owners connect their own PayPal accounts.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your Discord ID, name, and email are locked at registration and cannot be changed. LootPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Fees

LootPanel charges a flat $10.00 USD per month subscription fee plus a one-time $2.99 USD setup fee. A 7-day free trial is provided for new accounts. LootPanel takes 0% commission on sales processed through your store -- all revenue from your store goes directly to your connected PayPal account.

Subscription payments are made via PayPal to TheMeanOneDevelopments. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in your store being deactivated.

5. Store Owner Responsibilities

As a Store Owner, you are solely responsible for:

All products and services sold through your store
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Tax obligations on income received through your store
Customer support for your store's buyers
Accurate product descriptions and fair pricing
Handling chargebacks and disputes with your payment provider

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LootPanel to:

Sell illegal goods, services, or content
Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
Distribute malware or harmful software
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Resell or sublicense LootPanel access

7. Limitation of Liability

LootPanel and TheMeanOneDevelopments are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for transactions between Store Owners and their customers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your stores will be deactivated. Data may be retained for a reasonable period for legal and business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
